While MSLs start working through the Insights Course, we meet with Medical Leadership to:
- Align on existing challenges & expectations
- Identify key training gaps through a needs assessment
- Define success metrics
This key step helps ensure the MSLs are equipped with the skills and training they need the most.
STEP 2
Small Group Coaching For Increased Retention
We meet with your MSLs in small groups to:
- Discuss learnings from the online modules
- Reinforce key concepts required to gather decision-grade insights
- Provide personalized coaching on challenge areas
Through small group coaching regular check-ins MSLs get personalized support and guidance.
STEP 3
Development of Playbooks
Throughout the coaching sessions we will help MSLs to develop playbooks to:
- Outline action plans for focus areas
- Help set personalized insights objectives that align with organizational priorities
After the MSLs complete the program, they will continue to have access to the Insights Through Leadership Community.
